I love this surgery. The no appointment system is great as I can see the doctor when I need to without waiting for ages to get an appointment. I don't usually have to wait long for a doctor to be available. The surgery is efficient and proactively contacts us for flu jabs, health checks etc. Someone recommended this surgery to me when I moved to the area and it was a great recommendation.

The 'walk in' appointment system is great. The doctors and staff always have time for you, even when they are busy.

A great surgery. I love the walk in system - being able to turn up and always get to see a doctor. Sometimes you can wait for a while (I think the longest I have waited is about an hour), but that is partly because the doctors are so caring and thorough. The only constructive criticism that I have is that sometimes the reception staff can seem a little brusque, but they are efficient so that is the most important thing.

It is genuinely difficult to fault this practice. The jewel in the crown is the no appointment walk-in service.

I have been a patient at this surgery for some 39 years. The staff and doctors have always given me an excellent service. Which I do not think you can fault. The drop-in surgery is excellent and I hope it is never changed to an appointment system. If you are unwell you might have to wait an hour or so but you know you are going to be seen. Thank you to all the staff at this surgery
